| Position Summary |
| |
| An Account Manager is responsible
for generating, identifying, developing, and growing CyberCopy's
prospective and existing commercial customer base. |

| Duties and Responsibilities |
| |
| This is intended to be a representative,
not all-inclusive, list of duties the Account Manager may be
asked to perform. The Executive team reserves the right to
modify, add or remove and to assign other duties as necessary. |

• Responsible for developing a working
knowledge of Company price list, in order to quote prices to
customers and potential customers by memory, and properly quote
larger, more detailed jobs.
• Rejuvenate and build existing relationships in the industry
to increase business in additional departments in our company.
• Report to Executive team with a sales outlook and prospective
leads through reporting software and informal meetings. Seek
help from manager and technical staff to see through sales
efforts.
• Submit Weekly/Daily sales reports to Executive team along with
expense reports.
• Responsible for developing a thorough understanding of Company
software programs used for our operating system in order to
train our customers on how to use them and properly submit
work to our shop.
• Act as a liaison between clients and production and administrative
staff, follow up and consulting on specialty work, larger orders
and questionable instructions and time frames from clients.
• Independently initiate calls with new potential clients, without
direction or lead from manager. Generate cold leads from various
resources to generate sales and log results utilizing Company
software.
• Take existing accounts and build business through vertical
markets, making presentations of various software, website,
or other Company tools available. Hold luncheon seminars to
make general presentations to clients and potential clients.
• Negotiate agreements, pricing structures or large quotes with
clients.
• Take clients to lunch or social engagements to improve relationships
of existing sources for business.
• Cooperate with administrative staff in implementation of pricing
systems, especially where unusual quotes have been used to
get the business.
• Additional duties as assigned.
• Follows copying protocol (copyright law, confidentiality, and
careful handling of customer originals)
• Performs administrative duties, including bidding, review of
work orders for accuracy, ordering supplies, and staff schedule.
• Initiate activity and pricing for work being sent to outside
sources and provide corresponding detailed paperwork and pricing
for follow through and invoicing by our administrative staff. |

| Job Qualifications |
| |
• High School diploma or general
education degree (GED) required.
• Prior sales experience within industry.
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to work
with minimal direction.
• Ability to handle and resolve problems from their infancy to
their maturity.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills needed for handling
multiple priorities.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
and possess the ability to promote positive inter-departmental
and customer relations.
• One to Two years of related work experience
• Prior PC knowledge of Windows based applications |
