Customer Service Representative
 
Position Summary
 
Responsible for assisting Account Manager in identifying, developing, and growing CyberCopy's prospective and existing commercial customer base.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
 
This is intended to be a representative, not all-inclusive, list of duties the Customer Service Representative may be asked to perform. The Executive team reserves the right to modify, add or remove and to assign other duties as necessary.
 
•  Responsible for developing a working knowledge of Company price list, cost of goods, in order to quote prices to customers and potential customers by memory, and properly quote larger, more detailed jobs.
•  Submit weekly sales and lead generation reports to Executive team along with expense reports.
•  Act as a liaison between clients and production and administrative staff, follow up and consulting on specialty work, larger orders and questionable instructions and time frames from clients.
•  Cooperate with administrative staff in implementation of pricing systems, especially where unusual quotes have been used to get the business.
•  Maintain, grow, and build long term relationships with account portfolio via phone calls, emails, promotions, and job quality follow up.
•  Recognition and sharing of all potential leads to Account Manager.
•  Build and maintain a vendor database for outsourcing.
•  Ensure proper gross profit levels are achieved when outsourcing by providing accurate quotes, customer proof approvals, and realistic turnaround times.
•  Follows copying protocol (copyright law, confidentiality, and careful handling of customer originals)
•  Performs administrative duties, including bidding, review of work orders for accuracy, ordering supplies, and necessary coordination with operations.
•  Coordinating with administrative and production teams in the procurement of supplies and services needed to complete projects correctly and on time.
•  Initiate activity and pricing for work being sent to outside sources and provide corresponding detailed paperwork and pricing for follow through and invoicing by our administrative staff.
•  Additional duties as assigned.
 
Inside Sales Activities
 
•  Job bidding and bid follow-up
•  Maintains bidding data base
•  Consultative selling
•  Takes complex job orders
•  Interacts with center production to ensure proper/timely order fulfillment
•  Submit a weekly sales activity and lead generation report to Executive Team
 
Customer Service/Retention Activities
 
•  Maintains and regularly updates customer data base
•  Post sales activities and follow-ups
•  Identifies new customers using resources available
•  Account revenue for in “house” accounts
 
Job Qualifications
 
•  High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
•  Prior sales experience within industry.
•  Ability to work independently and be self-motivated to work with minimal direction.
•  Must possess excellent organizational skills needed for handling multiple priorities.
•  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess the ability to promote positive inter-departmental and customer relations.
•  One to Two years of related work experience
•  Prior PC knowledge of Windows based applications
