| Position Summary |

| Under minimal supervision from
Operations Manager, the Production Operator is responsible
for efficient day to day operations of the large format equipment
and department. The Production Operator will be responsible
for producing, scanning, and archiving high volume of prints
while maintaining the highest level of quality ensuring customers
receive their documents done right, on time, every time. |

| Duties and Responsibilities |
| |
| This is intended to be a representative,
not all-inclusive, list of duties the Production Operator may
be asked to perform. The Management team reserves the right
to modify, add or remove and to assign other duties as necessary. |

• Utilize computer applications
to run large format equipment
• Process and interrupt work orders to produce jobs correctly
• Receive and process orders via email, phone, web, archived
and FTP
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment
• Contact customers for clarifications and questions
• Able to multi-task effectively and prioritize demanding workflow
• Effectively communicate with customers and employees
• Manage a fast paced, ever changing work environment daily
• Follow established procedures for archiving customer documents |

• Physical stamina sufficient
to stand during an entire shift, excluding rest breaks
• Physical stamina sufficient to move and lift 55 pound boxes
• Maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of
time
• Ability to function in a high stress environment, under substantial
time pressure |
